The Harris L Series rifle bipods are designed as a good all rounder for prone and bench rest shooting due to the 9-13″ extension.
Attach to a standard QD stud and are available in either fixed or swivel versions.
Within each version there is also the option of smooth legs or notched (see below for more info).

Description

SMOOTH LEGS

Allow numerous height adjustments when legs are pulled out. The thumb screws on each leg lock in the desired height. Smooth legs will retract back under spring tension.The bipod stows conveniently out of the way when not in use, folding toward the muzzle. Stowed legs are kept firmly in place by sturdy spring returns.

NOTCHED LEGS

Spring loaded and when the release button is depressed, they kick out to maximum height. Adjustments are locked in at 1-inch intervals and released by the push of a button on each leg. Notched legs are available on the BR (6-9 inch) and L (9-13 inch) bipod models. The bipod stows conveniently out of the way when not in use, folding toward the muzzle. Stowed legs are kept firmly in place by sturdy spring returns
